8th Annual Forward Janesville Golf Outing

Celebrate the 8th year of our golf outing on August 21st at Riverside Golf Course! 144 golfers will enjoy a grilled lunch before driving off in golf carts for 18 holes of a best ball scramble. Tee, green and hole-in-one sponsors will be stationed throughout the golf course and give golfers the chance to play fun games, win lots of prizes and grab a quick snack before dinner. A post-golf dinner reception will be held with a delectable dinner and handing out lots of wonderful door prizes generously donated by members.

WHY NON_GOLFERS SHOULD CARE ABOUT THE FJI GOLF OUTING

The golf outing is one of Forward Janesville's most successful and popular events, but non-golfers may not realize the promotional opportunities the FJI golf outing presents.

First there's networking. Eighteen holes of golf give the participants a great deal of time for interaction and discussion. At each hole, sponsors and volunteers interact with the golfers. Add the 144 golfers to the 30 volunteers and sponsors working the event and the extra 20 who attend the dinner, and it all adds up to a great day of networking.

Then there are the promotional opportunities. At each hole, sponsors have signage and people stationed to hand out promotional materials and interact with each foursome. For $150, you have exposure and great contact with almost 200 people. So, even if you are not a golfer, you may want to explore volunteering, sponsoring or even just attending the dinner as a great opportunity for you and your business.
